EX Android #13 RED is another one of these Fighters that primarily looks to make Color Counter Teams more viable. His Z-Ability and toolkit all gear him and his teammates towards being part of either Red Color Counter Team or even Purple Color Counter Teams
He starts off the game with a massive 70% Damage reduction Buff which applies until he’s attacked at any point. This may seem like a bit of a gimmicky Ability, but is quite advantageous for EX Android #13 RED. It can more or less negate the first Combo received, or eat a Rising Rush quite reliably as long as he starts off the Match on the bench. Starting with EX Android #13 RED is a bad idea as he is susceptible to Tap Strikes.
After this Damage reduction Buff wears off, he gets a permanent 30% Strike Attack Buff and increased Arts Card Draw Speed for 30 timer counts.
High Z-Ability Percentages

Any Red or Green Fighter will benefit a lot from his Z-Ability at 5 stars, which gives a massive 40% Strike Attack and Defense to both of those colors.
Limit breaking him to that point however is quite difficult.
Following the trend of most good EX Rarity Fighters, limit breaking him to a respectable amount of stars will remain a huge challenge
Since he’s geared towards Color Counter Teams and benefits certain colors, there will be games where he might be needed, but a Green or Purple might not. While still a good Sagas From the Movies core Fighter, not every game will require ideal colors for him.
Red Color Counter
This isn’t necessarily his best Team, but it’s the one he synergizes the most with. He gets huge Damage Boosts for being paired with Red and Green Fighters, and gives them many Damage Buffs in return via his Main Ability
Purple Color Counter
Similar to RRG, except here he benefits from Red and Purple Fighters.
Sagas From The Movies
This Tag doesn’t have the greatest Red Fighters, so he makes a good case for their best core Fighter.
Once again, he’s a decent choice here as their primary Red, but only if SP Fusion Android #13 RED has not been acquired
It can be hard to get good rolls on this, but if it happens, the stat Boosts are extraordinary.

The Final Awakened Android
Reduces next damage sustained by 70% when battle begins. This applies until enemy combo is finished. Applies the following effects to self after enemy attack is over (activates once): +30% to Strike damage inflicted. Increases Arts Card Draw Speed by 1 level for 30 timer counts.
+20% to damage inflicted against "Character: Goku" (cannot be cancelled). The following effects occur per "Element: RED", "Element: GRN", or "Element: PUR" battle member other than this character in your party: +15% to damage inflicted (cannot be cancelled). +15% to own Ki Recovery (cannot be cancelled).
