Overview
EX Tora PUR is a cold-blooded Fighter from Bardock's Elite Force. Similar to EX Fasha RED, his biggest strength is how well he Supports Bardock variants. But while he can help his Team leader deal massive amounts of Damage, this is balanced out by a few significant drawbacks.
On the Team Bardock Team, Tora is a fairly mediocre Fighter whose utility is only meaningful in certain match-ups.
Strengths
Sacrificial
By far the strongest Ability he has to offer is the 80% Blast Damage Buff to Bardock variants upon death. That coupled with his Z-Ability can make Bardock a one-man-army.
Dual Z-Ability
An EX Rarity Fighter having access to a Z-Ability that Buffs two stats ensures he has staying power on the bench for quite a long time.
Weaknesses
Poor synergy
Both Bardock variants currently in the game are heavily geared towards Strike Damage, making EX Tora PUR’s held Blast Arts Cards do more harm than good. If another Bardock variant is released with an emphasis on Ranged Attacks, EX Tora PUR’s value will definitely go up.
Power creep
EX Tora PUR isn’t too drastically old, but is still feeling the effects of power creep, making him very less enticing to bring into a Match. Luckily for him, his Z-Ability is a saving grace.
Team Synergy
Saiyan
EX Tora PUR is not suitable for this Team's core, but he can function as a solid Bench Supporter at 6 stars and above.
Team Bardock
Though Tora doesn't Buff Team Bardock Fighters necessarily, he does Buff Bardock variants, which is especially valuable for SP Bardock RED. Though that Bardock variant is Strike-focused rather than Blast focus, Tora can still work well alongside his leader and his Teammates, EX Borgos GRN or EX Shugesh YEL.

EX Tora PUR is a Ranged Fighter with two held Blast Arts Cards. He will almost certainly be utilizing the Blast Attack from this Equip. He also already has a nice Health stat, making the extra Health just as great.
With Future Teams slowly creeping their way into the Meta, even the extra Damage to Hybrid Saiyans can make a huge difference due to the fact that Future Fighters have many Hybrid Saiyans.
